Some people just don't have a life. That is Ok. I don't have one either. (At the moment). But how you choose to fill those gaps in your existence or not I think says a lot about you! Just looking at the forums and some @#$%@! (are u allowed to swear in off-topic?) @#@#$#!! walking by (vague acquaintance) says "Ohh what a big screen!" and uses that as an excuse to look over my shoulder what I'm doing!!!! Can u believe that!!!!~!

There were many other examples of this but this just happened.
Am I the only one attracting 'vampires'? (Isnm't there a better a better word? 'Vampires' sort of glamorizes them and they don't deserve that. They are just sort of pathetic but not in a way dserving of sympathy either). Why do I atrract these people who want to suck off me.

Maybe these vampires are just incredibly nosey.

I call them sponges......besides...sponges are gross, moldy and ickkypooh...Vampire is too good of a name for them! And the only thing worse than dealing with the sponges you work with...are being related to sponges...

Just kidding, I know what you mean. People are naturally attracted to screens though... I think it is their innate bunny nature...

How about "leeches", "morons", idiots", "twats"?

Yeah, some people are just too nosey for their own good. Maybe stick a sign somewhere that says "Looking without permission lowers your intelligence". I'm sure stores sell signs along those lines...

very simple solution, look at them very seriously, very calmly, and genuinely ask them what there missing in there life that is making them act the way they do. if they get confused and ask what your talking about, elaborate. simply reveal to them what they have blinded themselves to,which is quite possibly their own happiness(lack thereof)
or you can just tell em to fick off lol

Well thanks for the advice/different naming suggestions. Wish I could follow you advice SeeTheSky but on the one occasion I did try it the person was like "Who, me?" I'm innocent etc. Or maybe I should do it anyway - I know that beneath the surface they surely have to realise what they're doing even if confronted they deny it.

Yes!!

I have now found that a subtle disgust also seems to work.
