Okay, here's a run down/intro on who I am as asked for...

My name is obvious from my username, Stuart... I'm 36 yrs old, and I'm the General Manager of Active Fiji / Tui Tai Adventure Cruises in the Fiji Islands.

I've lived in Fiji now for over 9 years managing resorts, building dive centres and as a tourism consultant. Before that I lived and worked throughout the Caribbean and Central America in dive operations, liveaboards and dive resorts. I've also spent a lot of time travelling while at Uni around Europe, while in Caribbean driving coast-coast in USA, and up and down to my closest neighbours NZ and Oz.

I'm fairly adventurous and travel mostly to trek, climb, mountaineer, paraglide, raft etc, but have also been lucky enough to work in some of the best honeymoon beach resorts in the world as well, so I appreciate relaxation. I'm beyond budget/backpacker travel (did that for too many years in Central America), but not quite ready for the Four Seasons (and the people who frequent them!)

My next trip looks like being a paragliding jaunt to Bali, Indonesia in July 2006 (I've got to refit Tui Tai over the next 5 months! No time off)

Came across this forum in a search for new travel forums that have travel that WE would liek to do as opposed to ones about kids and families and 'nice' places to go.

That's all for now, let me look around the forums here to see what I can contribute (and learn...)

Stuart
