Yes - a broker. I thought, "What the hell! Let's see if I can sell a house..."

Illinois' regs (prior to 2000) said you had to be a sales licensee for 1 year before becoming a broker. They changed the reg so someone could become a broker immediately and not have to work for someone else. In January, it was proposed to the state congress to reverse the reg and require a licensee to work for 2 years before taking the broker's course. It has not been voted upon yet, so I want to sit the exam before the vote. I have 6 months to finish the course, but I don't think Congress is going to wait that long. What do you know about "Fee simple subject to a condition subsequent" property???
