i decide to travel to vietnam and it's my first time i'll be there i want to ask if it is safe and what can i do there or where can i go

I found Vietnam to be as safe as any country I've been to. Unless the situation has dramatically changed in the last 2 years. As long as you take normal travelling precautions, there is no need to worry about travelling in Vietnam. I think your worst concern would be road accidents which you have little control over.

As for things to see, there are plenty in Vietnam, and if you have less than a month to travel, you have to make decisions. In the South and Center some of the highlights are Ho Chi Min City, the Mekong Delta, Dalat, Nha Trang, Hue and Hoi An. All those are lovely places and worth checking out. In the North there is Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa, all of which are highlights of the country. I suggest you start reading guidebooks and see what kinds of places you want to visit, and if you only have a short time, make a decision as whether to visit the North or South.

Yes, you will need a visa, but I have no idea what the requirements are for Saudis. Look up the Vietnamese Government's immigration webpage and hopefully you can find some answers.
