Hi Pranab,
if you need help, you could let Medical students know about your NGO.Many Irish Medical students travel to developing countries after fourth year to do an elective, in order to get experience of diseases in developing countries as well as to do their best to help the local population.I know Medical students from Trinity College do the electives abroad with the organisationn called-Medical Overseas Voluntary Elective(MOVE), an organisation set up by Trinity students and doctors from the training hospitals, to help students spend a summer abroad doing an elective or to do associated voluntary work.I know many students would be interested in doing an elective in India and many have done so.
You could get in contact with MOVE or Trinity College Medical School and let them know about your organisation.Just an idea!

Hi Pranab,

Have you thought about joining forces with other local-based charities? Or perhaps joining forces with bigger, more established charities? Oxfam, for example, helps support local organizations rather than going in and taking over. Why not try a search to see if they can do anything to help fund your work? Or perhaps guide you in the right direction.

Good luck to you!
