Anyone had stayed in HOTEL BATIGNOLLES??? What's the staff's service like and the accessibility to the public transport from the hotel.

Please advise, thanks.

If you mean this Hotel des Batignolles ( I did stay there a few years ago and can say that it was not bad. The rooms are clean, nothing extravagant and access to the metro by either Rome or Place de Clichy metro stations is quiet easy. I think breakfast was included from memory but it was pretty average so we ate out generally. I was in Paris earlier this year and stayed at this place which offered about the same, was probably slightly better serviced by the metro, and much cheaper. It didnt include breakfast unless you payed extra for it but for 10euro a night extra you could get a kitchenette. It is close to many shops and restaurants etc...

I forgot to mention you have to walk a bit for both hotels, probably 5-10 minutes to the metro stations for each...

anyway good luck and hope you have a good time

I will be in Paris for 2 days and 1 night. So , I think staying in a hotel that is nearby the metro and landmarks are more convenient.

Heading the Charles de Gaulle Airport the next day ... any other recommendation?
