im looking at booking my plane ticket to Bangkok and I am wondering how much its going to cost.
im flying from heathrow in early/mid January and probably flying back june time. I would like an open ticket though as i might want to change the date if I run out of money!
The best qoute i have got so far is about £600 from sta
this a good price?
Just looking for any other offers you might of heard of/good websites or travel companies. Would it be cheaper to buy a one way ticket and get a new one in Bangkok?
Cheers guys, cant wait for my trip it's going to be amazing!!!
I am also having the same dilemma as Andy. Im travelling in August, hoping to book some tickets next week. So any help with Andys questions would be appreciated thanks in advance. Dave
You should be able to get return tickets for around £500. Many fares are 'open', allowing you to change your travel dates (if seats are available) for free or for a small fee.
Getting a one way ticket could work out cheaper - I've met quite a few people in SE Asia who've done that, though I never have - it's apparently quite easy to get cheap one way tickets from Bangkok to London. Only thing to be wary of though, is that immigration officials often want proof of onward travel.
Definitely shop around for cheap fares though. If you're willing to change planes you can often get a much cheaper price than if you insist on flying direct.
