Hi
I suggest you take fly from your country to Bangkok- Thailand, then from Bangkok to Hanoi. In Vietnam down to south Hanoi - Hue - Hoi An- nha Trang - sai Gon, from Sai Gon , take the trip to mekong delta and go to phnompenh and SieM Riep to see Angkor Wat. Then go to Laos.
Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia you need has Visa.

You can fly from KL to Phuket (Thailand) through airasia, then make your way around the Andaman Islands in the south of Thailand, by bus & boat. Then you could make your way up to Bangkok, you can do this cheaply by air, train or bus. Most usually head to the north of Thailand, then from the north go to Lao (usually north) then head to Hanoi from Vientiane. Start Vietnam from the north & pick a couple of places to stop at in between Saigon. Popular places, tend to be Hue, Hoi An, Nha Thrang, Mue ne, Dalat etc. From Saigon you can easily get to Phnom Penh in Cambodia and then onto Siem Reap (Angkor Wat) all by coach.

If you have any more questions please ask, I have visited most of the above places (apart from Singapore) so I can give you more details regarding the best way to travel.
