[quote=Fern1]Too many Aussie men are macho, we have a few here but on the whole Aussie's win hands down.

You've got to be kidding me, I've spent time in New Zealand and the blokes there are no more or less sexist than we are.

No, not kidding, Its been a well known fact for years. Kiwi guys can be sexist but on the whole, Aus, takes it. We'll have to agree to disagree. .

ENGLAND is quite reasonable though its kind of the trend that most 'male' lead jobs especially in Journalism (where I wanna work) is image based which can lead to some form of sexism but generally I as a women do not feel a second class citizen when I am home.

There is the obvious problems with men gropping women and attacks but that's not necessarily because its England.

Its fairly relaxed and is not encouraged or imposed to make women or men any different - you could even argue its too politcally correct back home. Either way having been in more countries now I see that it isnt really as issue for England - not one i've had to encounter and Im blonde!!;)

Quoting MerB

I was going to call this thread 'how sexist is the men in your country' but really the women are just as bad.
Compared to Europe my country is like a remake of 'Stepford Wives'.

This discussion is going to melt away like cheese under hot sun.Just lets travel always with this equation in the bag of our mind (ref.MAN IS THE EXTENSION OF WOMAN)But look at the man. He is something more. He is X and Y. That means, he is essentially an ‘X ’plus something extra. What do I mean by that! Man is already a woman that is ‘X’, plus something extra. Does that mean first step towards manhood is womanhood? Now let’s talk in mathematical language. Here is the equation, Man = 22 autosomes + X + Y Woman= 22 autosomes + X + X= 22 autsomes + X (by logic not by mathematics). . . Man= (22 autosomes + X) + Y= Woman + Y (by mathematics, simply) So man is everything that woman is, plus something extra. Now the extra thing is not qualitatively different, but quantitatively. Hence Y here must be somewhat like X + 1, X+2 or X+ 3 or something like that. It would be ultimately proven that woman can potentially grow into man. Similarly man can reduce to woman, if he loses some part of ‘Y’.
