Just a quick question o pick your brains. If i arrive in Bangkok, without return tickets, will i be refused entry? Thanks Dave

in all the times ive been to thailand ive never been asked to show return ticket .

Whereas this is not common, I have known it happen. A friend of mine was sailing a boat back so only had a one way ticket and they kept him waiting for some time until convinced this was the case.

The question remains...what are you going to put on your landing card that you hand to immigration; it requires details both of arrival AND departure flights including airline numbers and date.

In all the times I've been to Thailand, I've never been asked for my return ticket by Thai immigration.

However, some airlines are now not letting people board their flights unless they have a return ticket, as if Thai immigration refuse you entry they will bear the cost of returning you to the country you came from! they have been burnt pretty badly in the past

I would double check with your airline if they will let you fly without a return ticket.

It will not be a good idea right now. With all the politic going on. The law in Thailand is pretty strict.
