Hi, does anyone know any organisations that allow you to volunter however it doesnt cost alot as in the work you do pays off your food and accomodation. I really want to volunter but some of the prices I've come across are really putting me off.

There is a directory of free and low-cost volunteer opportunities
in South America here:

The programs that offer free food & board require that you
commit to a decent stint, e.g. 3+ months volunteer work.

Other programs ask that you pay (local prices) for food and
board while you are working, but these are much cheaper than
programs you may have seen advertised on the internet.
