I should really be Christmas shopping seeing as I will probably only get one more chance to do it, and have only bought two presents.

That's why freezers were invented. It's a time management thing...

Monday - bread and truffles
Tuesday - homemade crackers (variety of flavors - for gifts)
Wednesday - finish crackers, make lasagna sauce
Thursday - lasagna prep work and shopping (reload liquor supply)
Friday - assemble/bake lasagnas (3), make cupcakes (mother unit's version of birthday cake as we celebrate her birthday on Christmas eve, before dinner and gifts)

Freezers are a good thing!!!!! Bad news - the spare fridge in the basement just died which makes keeping 3 large lasagnas, truffles and a few odds/ends cold. Let's hope for a nice steady 2C outside so I can put things on the porch to stay cold...

Crackers are my alternative to cookies - everyone makes cookies. These crackers are great with a good cheese and sausage. Yum!

Got up at 5a.m. to write a concept paper due today but find myself at TP word associations. Anyway, I should really be on leave this week and next but had to forego a week because of added responsibilities last minute. :(

Starting the crackers but the Leprechaun from Dublin is still snoozing... He has another 30 minutes before the whizzing of the food processor becomes his alarm clock...

Purdy - not a problem!!!
