It may seem I am posting in the wrong forum but I am posting in this one because most people who post in the N. American are Canadians and Americans. I am doing some research and I want to here from people from Australia and NZ (or people from other places in the world).

What are your opinions about travelling in Ontario, Canada. Do you have any interest in going there? Why or why not? What would you like to see?

Does it seem too expensive? Not much to see? No history? No nightlife? Just don't know what's there? Too hard to get around?

Would you like to see nature and geographic landmarks, go canoeing, go to the beaches. Or would you like to see native history, colonization history? Or are you mostly interested in the big sites like Niagara Falls, Toronto and the CN Tower?

If you have travelled to Ontario, what did you enjoy and what were your challenges. Was there anything you wanted to see but were unable.

All and any feed back would be great.

Come to western Canada!

We have Vancouver, which has amazing night life and the beautiful ocean, also the Queen Charlotte Islands, one of the worlds only temperate rain forests (go digging for razor clams!) where you might spot an elusive white bear. Further east you'll find the AMAZING Rocky Mountains with some of the best skiing/snowboarding in the world. If your into fishing you can travel further east and take up fly fishing the Bow River near Calgary ALberta (world famous for trout fishing). Bascially if you wanna hang out in the mountains, and your willing to explore, you will never run out of things to do in ALberta and British Columbia. Friendly people, inexpensive and for an adventurous person, never out of things to do. Some recommended resorts to apply for jobs at would be Fernie, Panorama Ski Village, Lake Louise and about a 100 others...avoid Whistler...everyone there seems to be arrogant.

I have been to Canada and enjoyed it very much. Qubec and Toronto were very nice. If i went again i would like to ski some of the montains there and visit the city of Toronto. The CN tower was very imprssive and i didnt get around to niagra falls which was disapointing
