ive been looking on the net for a car classifieds site, ive found some but they are all cars like $6000+... im looking for cars more around the $500 to $2500 mark.. im looking at working in canada from june to aug/september on a camp and then travelling from the east cost of usa across to the west coast etc..
so does anyone know of any good american car classified sites? with alot of every day cars starting real cheap, not so much high roller brand new cars and the like..
Paul (from Australia)
Try www.monkeyads.com no guarantees to quality, but there are some decent deals on the site now and then.
If you go to www.kellybluebook.com and type in the make and model of a car the number of miles etc. they tell you the estimated value of a car. It's just one way to help you decide if you're getting a good deal or are getting jipped... They also give you advice on buying used or new cars... Good Luck
happened to come across this site while doing something else... not sure how good it is... www.edmunds.com
sorry guys but none of those sites are any good.. monkeyads doesnt even seem to load for me and the other two well.. they dont have real cars, just average prices and the like..
what I am looking for is a good REAL classifieds website or the like to look for REAL cars in america and canada. Car reconmendations and buyers guides are all over the web, but actual cars for sale below $5000k seem to be very hard to find online! in Australia I would goto www.autotrader.com.au or www.quokka.com.au to look for this kind of thing. These two websites arnt very well made but they have REAL cars for sale at affordable prices..
It's a shame that www.monkeyads.com isn't loading for you, it has plenty of real cars for sale running from $500 on up for a wide variety of cars. I have my eye on a Subaru Impreza over there to buy as a project car. Give it another shot though, there are hundreds of cars listed there.
