Well, someday I would like to travel to Sweden or the Netherlands from the US. They look like great places to visit. I guess maybe I should start planning on how to charter a rowboat...

You are welcome! Don't worry though, you don't have to charter a rowboat, there are plenty of fast, smelly, dirty highways do drive on for people who like that sort of stuff too... ;)

You're right, Susanna, thanks. By the way, congrats on your 'promotion' to travel guru... our status difference shows how unpredictable (biased?) the ranking algorhitm is :-)

Yeah, you're right, I didn't see that one coming! I hope there's not gonna be some sort of responsibility associated with the title... ;)

Hey its great to save the environment but when your shitting and vomiting all over your self on a bus that doesn't have a bathroom and you still have 20 hours to go, yeah that sounds reallly fun. Maybe save a tree or too big deal. Meanwhile you still feel like crap. Well the option is yours as which to take. How the hell are we saving the environment by flying anyways? Everyone can do there little share of helping out but sometimes you got to take care of yourself before you can help anyone or thing.

Shitting and vomiting all over yourself isn't all that great on a plane either... ;)

"Save a tree or two" maybe...?

No, that's the point. You're not saving the environment by flying.

You guys are crazy hippie extremist, who have your head so far up your own ass you can't tell the difference between that and a hole in the ground. Man I spend my summer working for the U.S. forest service so don't F..king tell me about saving the environment. F..k you!

Hi Maureen!

You can take bus from Cusco to Lima. Is aprox. 22 hours trip. The best company bus is CRUZ DEL SUR, don´t forget. They offer a good service and their buses are comfortables. You are arriving in Lima about 10 a.m. or 13:00 the next day. The route is Cusco/Arequipa/Lima.It´s very safe.
The ticket is aprox. 35 dollares.Include lunch.

Welcome to Peru!!!
