i want to know the secrets in getting the cheapest airfare..... i plan on going to japan RIGHT before i move to san francisco........ so i'm trying to save as much money as possible......... if possible, i want to visit japan for two weeks for around $1500 dollars..... level with me people..
i know it seems weird that i'm doing both back to back........ but i've been wanting to go to japan for awhile, and was willing to stay home to do it........ but i recently realized i can't stay home, too depressing......... but it's even more depressing thinking i'm giving up japan....... i don't want to........ what the cheapest way?
thank you so much,
Does your 2 weeks include airfare?? As far as travel from the US I can`t help but in Japan 1500 US spending money for 2 weeks is not very realistic unless you really plan to stick to a tight budget. Depends what you want to do and where you want to go. As always more details makes it alot easier for everyone to help you.
As ghostdog has already hinted at, Japan and cheap dont really go together. A flight alone will cost you around $700 i would have though, and getting accom for 2 weeks in japan wont be easy. Are you planning on travelling around whilst in japan, or staying in the 1 place. Travelling is possibly the most expensive part of seeing Japan. The public transport is something to behold, but you are paying for it.
More details would certianly be useful.
yeah, i want to experience tokyo mostly ... but be around, ya know... to some other towns.......i don't care for any luxeries, i'm going alone, and with one backpack....i'm learning japanese at the moment. i do have other destinations in mind, like Korea and Thialand, which i hear is cheap...... i was wondering, would it be cheaper to spend just some days in japan, then fly to the others....... if i can only choose one for that price.... i want japan, even if i can only stay one week.
So I guess the travel for 1500 has changed to move to Japan??
If so...nice choice you `ll love it(or hate it)
still doing my research about it........ i did alot of reading today, and it seems like it's going to be very complex, alot of stuff, not necessarily hard, but just alot.... but fun of course......i read alot of fine print about japan...... but i guess every country has fine print....... america probably looks like the mother of all challenges to other countries.
so i'm still looking for the cheapest airfare, anyone else have tips?
p.s. ... is it possible to find cheap accomodation in others homes?
how much travelling can one do in asia for $5000? everything being the cheapest as can be, of course. im a backpacker.
