I'm 26 YO, femme, from the Las Islas Filipinas (7,1007 islands to be exact).
I'm set to do an Asian tour this year with my boyfriend. I've already been to cambodia, vietname, HK, indonesia, malaysia, japan, france, monaco, switzerland, belgium and germany. I haven't been to the US since I don't have a US visa yet (believe me, it's a matter of life and death situation to get one from my country-- you have to present bank accounts, titles to real properties, car registration, business permits, etc. to prove that you are returning to the Phils after your tour--DUH--).
Anyway, I am meaning to hit the rest of Europe and OZ and of course LA (where my bf is from) and Virginia, Iowa, and New York. Oh well, Que Sera Sera (maybe when I am 28 or whatever).
By the way, I am starting up a travel blog (I just finished designing it) so I'd be more inspired to travel. I am looking for guest bloggers who might wanna share their travel experiences and photos. My blog is located at http://www.travelpitstops.com
And if you are also into fashion, kindly visit my fashion blog
http://www.thevanityaffair.com (whooops i thought fashion and travel go well together hehe)
Hope to find some cool people here
welcome to travellerspoint, nice introduction, sounds like you've already done a lot of travelling... I hope you find what your looking for at tp and maybe help some others out along the way! thats what its all about!
take care and happy travelling
Welcome to TP Thea!!
Sounds like a great trip you've got planned. Keep at the bureaucrats, and eventually they'll give you your visa!!!!
As a side note, it's generally not a good idea to include your blogs or e-mails, etc., in posts.....opens up the door for any spammers trolling around. It will help keep you from being inundated with garbage.
Good luck on your trip!!
Welcome to TP!!!
Good luck with your visa!!! And you have quite a trip planned!! I'm am curious - Iowa?? It's not normally a hot spot for travelers so I find it interesting someone is choosing to visit there. (I was born there and still have family in Iowa City.)
I don't think you'll have as problem finding cool people on TP! Hope to see you in the forums!
Haha @ Isadora, I know what you mean. But Iowa has a special place in my heart since I wanna see the Rosemann Bridge (from Bridges of Madison Country)
@ beerman - don't worry, I have spam filters in my blog. Thanks for the great advice though
@ mimulus, thanks for the warm welcome
