Travel Forums Introductions A big HELLO from another newcomer...

Hi everyone,

My name is Mary and I am new to this (both travelling and this ite...). I've only caught the travelling bug these past few years (yes, I am quite the late bloomer).

I think this is a great place for travellers to come together (seasoned and newcomers alike). I was recently in Madrid in February and found my wonderful and cheap accommodation through TP.

I'm planning to return to Spain somewhere in November. Would like to travel to the South this time and maybe improve my Spanish along the way! :) Hey if there's anyone out there that would be doing the same do drop me a line. Would be great to meet new people and make new friends...

Welcome on TP!

November's a wonderful season to visit southern Spain, I'm sure you will enjoy it. Salamanca is a good place to take spanish classes.

Hi Mary!

Welcome to TP!!!

No one is ever a "late bloomer"!!! It just takes some of us a bit longer to get our feet out of the door. (I'm still waiting for someone to unlock my door.)

Enjoy your next visit to Spain! My husband (Beerman) and I have been talking about visiting there for awhile, but may be sidetracked to Ireland first. That's still in the planning stages too.

Again, welcome and hope to see you in the forums! ;)
