I'm curious - I have a lot of Swedish friends and they are georgous and tend to get things easy purely for being "Swedish".

It's got me thinking - are they really the best looking country?

I have lots of attractive UK, Ozzie and European friends too but the Sweds seem to always make eyes light up...

Am I going mad

Going mad?
Well only the men in whit coats that are just pulling up outside your house will tell you that ;)

As for the question, it depends on what you look for.
I do agree that the scandinavian countries have loads of stunningly attractive women. But they are friendly and approachable also, which makes a change from those in the UK etc..

But my theory is that there is a village up in the artic circle somewhere where they put anyone who dosen't meet the set down attractiveness test.

Surely its completly a matter of taste?

I don't particulalry go for typically blonde Scandanavian blokes, i usually prefer darker hair/eyes. But then, I know there are some blokes that will fancy a blonde girl with a nice figure even if she has a face like the back of a bus!

I look at the football teams. Watching fit men in shorts is a very scientific way of judging the attractiveness of entire nations, isn't it? ;)

Two things: 1) We're not all blond, and 2) we have loads of goodlooking guys around here, too... ;)

But on the other hand, nobody will ever know for sure, will they? Because it's too damn expencive to travel around here (especially to that village up above the Arctic Circle), we don't have any tourists at all - except for the Germans and they are only interested in elks anyway.

Also, Jase: "yndig kvinne" isn't Swedish, it's Danish (or possibly Norweigan).

But, the answer to the initial question is of course "yes, big time" ;););)

I'm sure it's Danish too. I'm gonna ask them next weekend on the Roskilde Festival!!
Oh my god I'm so excited - I'm going to see The Strokes, live!!! And Placebo!!! And Franz Ferdinand!!!

It doesn't really have anything to do with this thread. But I think one of the guys in Placebo is Norweigan...

And allright Sam, you're right, Norweigans aren't ugly. Not at all.
