NO NO NO!!!
Do NOT call. Do NOT take his calls. Do NOT accept anything from this man. If he does not get the hint. Move.

I think you should send the flowers back with a note saying that it's too late and he should learn from it and find someone else.

Don't say you're sorry. Just facts and instructions. You need to desensitize the emotion in the situation. Don't talk to him because a note is less personal, but still gives you a way to control the situation. Good luck, whatever you decide.

I have returned the flower and told the florist, NOT to send the flower anymore and the florist told me there is another one coming in the evening.

Stay strong, Woman!!! Do not give in to compassion! And have the number for the police handy, just in the worst case (or even better, some burly male friends or relatives...)

Interesting situation

Have you tried already to pose as someone else's girlfriend while he can see you?

good luck! Niels

Jennifer! You owe him nothing. He's lucky you haven't made a police report to document his harassment. Don't encourage him anymore with a reply to anything he does. Every time you talk to him you give him hope. He sounds unstable and you could get hurt.

Wow. He is persistent! Be careful Jen... tell him you have a boyfriend or better yet tell him your engaged.

Wow. He is persistent! Be careful Jen... tell him you have a boyfriend or better yet tell him your engaged.

She tried that to no avail (see page 2, post #16 and page 3, post #30).

I'm not sure how to go about this, but it's time you become the invisible one - to him. I agree with Tway and Pardus (and whomever else has said it), put the police phone number on speed dial! This guy is in need of some serious therapy.

Oops. Sorry must have skipped those posts. Yeah. I will have to agree with ya'all and say that putting the police on speed dial is essential or and maybe some pepper spray just in case.

Block his number.. or put "do not pick up" for his name.

Sorry for my long silence, kinda busy with family affairs. After sending those flowers backed to the florist, he called me using "some fri;k number" which I can never recognise it at all, once he opened his mouth I hang the line, he kept calling......I just ignored those calls, finally he sent me a nasty sms calling me "bXtch"......I calmly replied that I will have to make a police report that he has invaded my life.........see what's his reply "u blxxdy bxtch, dun u know that the police will not entertain fight between lovers?". Dun u think that he is really out of his mind???
