Hi Jon & Helen!

Welcome to TP!!

Isn't redundancy grand?! You now get to begin an adventure that your old boss can only dream about while he sits behind his boring old desk.

Ask away! Someone is bound to have an answer! ;)

Well thanks for all the kind words ,as to the route we are taking it is a fairly standard route roughly 3-5 months in asia 3-5 months in australia and new zealand and about the same for america and canada, i know i have left out africa , south america and europe but i felt the 3 i picked were right for this trip , i lived in africa for 5 years , i can do europe anytime and there is at least a years worth of trip in south america ,apart from anything else i just didn't want to plan to much, part of the enjoyment of travelling for an extended period is not having a timetable ,as they say "just go with the flow "
anyway till next time
