Anyone worked here?

Curious on how easy it is to find a job? Lots of jobs available to
travellers(Canadian)?

Thx-Cara

I just tried it, jobs.ie is in English and the other is German. I can't find any place to change the language setting either, and I clicked on everything! Wish I could be of more help. :(

Try this one, it's quite good, i used it previously.

http://www.irishjobs.ie

The economy is still going strong in Ireland so there's plenty of work around at the moment.

Quoting vodkababy

www.fas.net

That should read www.fas.ie, it's the government site. Very useful, too.

depends on what you do.

i myself have worked in ireland, scotland and england also recruiting IT profs

in ireland, one must have a degree and experience! if you just have a degree then its very difficult to find a job! if you have lots of experience and no degree then its a little bit easier to find a job.

in the uk. experience counts for everything, in some respects having experience is more important than a degree.

if you have a degree then you are fighting with the other hundreds of thounsands of grads! for a shitty job and shitty pay!
unless you got super scores in your degree then maybe.

ireland the main job sites are

www.irishjobs.ie
www.monster.ie

in the uk try

www.reed.co.uk
www.totaljobs.com

goodluck

in skilled jobs then okay finding jobs.

concerning non-skilled jobs theres always jobs but not as many these days due to half of polands population moving to ireland a long with half of eastern europe...
