Have you got an ISIC card? That will entitle you to discounts.
But the normal prices are the following: Colosseum - 8€. The Vatican Museums & The Sistine Chapel - 12€. Pantheon - free entrance, a guided tour will cost a few euros.
Trevi fountain, Forum Romanum, Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona are free, just go there. :)

Let's see how much I remember from our day in Paris last year:

Eiffel tower: depends on how high you want to go. Top: 11€ (with an elevator),3€ for 1st/2nd floor if you walk (but I would definately NOT recommend that, unless you're VERY athletic), 8€ (I think) to 2nd floor if you take the elevator
Pantheon: - don't know
Notre dame: Free (we visited that one... and I liked it A LOT)
SAint eustache church: - don't know/ not been
Musee d'orsay: don't know/not been
arc do triumphe: was free for me as I was under 18. 7€ for my 18+ boyfriend.
Louvre: don't know
Sacre cour: if I remember correctly, it was free. But we didn't go inside because the queue was so long and we only had that one day.
Montmartre: Free... as it's a part of the city. Be prepared to walk uphill :-)

A one day metro pass is 5€ and definately worth it if you want to see all the important sights in a relatively short time.

Rome:
colloseum - I believe we paid about 12 Euro (get a guided tour for a few Euro more and you can skip the loooooong line)
roman forum - Free, except for one part, I think...
vatican city - Free, except for the museums (we paid 45 Euro for a guided tour)
St peters basillica - free, including the crypt but not the cupola (which was 7 Euro with the elevator up)
Trevi fountain - Free
spanish steps - Free
Piazza navona - Free
pantheon - I don't know

I'd help you with Paris but it was too long ago and the prices have probably changed. The churches are mostly free, and the Arc is free if you don't go up top. The cemeteries are free too - and they're wonderful!

The Pantheon in rome is free. All churches in Rome are free. Yes, the Pantheon is a church! ;)
