Hi rwt,

well, I'm inbetween a Student and Silver Surfer... 35 :)
Hope that's OK ?

anyway, it all depends on your levels of fitness and what interests you really?

History, geography, wildlife, people, trekking, fishing, bungy jumps, guided trips, self adventure, drinking, food etc. etc.

NZ is an adrenaline junkies nirvana, however, it's also a nature haven too with some of the best landscapes, forests, sealife and wildlife on the planet!

Give us a few clues and we might be able to help a bit more ?

Cheers
Taffski.

there are bus tours. and a nice very taking you from the south island to the north island. if you in christchurch you should take a bus to kaikoura to go whale watching.

make sure in the north island you visit lake taupo, rotorua, coromandel, waitomo caves and the bay of islands.
