Quoting Utrecht

Well, unfortunately can't make it as I will be somewhere in Bolivia that day. That's the backside of travelling, you are never able to be somewhere else...;)
But everyone enjoy and have a great time...drinking I guess....and outside smoking isn't it?? Any smokers being there?
Next time in Holland in a coffeshop!

Have a wonderful time in Bolivia and we'll raise a pint or two to your successful travels!!!
And, yes, there are at least a couple of smokers in this group. But, we're used to "having to go outside for that smoke" in the US. (We try to be very considerate smokers considering how many people don't smoke.) ;)

ATTENTION PLEASE...

Below is a list of the members who have posted and are (at least) considering being part of the Meet-Up. The "organizers" would also like to make the following requests of everyone - just some things that will make the flocking a bit more spontaneous yet afford accessibility... (Each person on the list will also be receiving a PM with similar information/requests so everyone can reply appropriately via the Message Center.)

1) Arrival time - Something as simple as Friday about noon or Saturday at 11am. This allows us to set up particular meeting places at particular times for each day.

2) Cell phone numbers - This allows the "organizers" to let everyone know if itineraries have changed, etc. Cell phones proved to be quite useful for the Montreal meet-up as members arrived at different times and it allowed us to let them know where to go and when. Please do NOT post a cell # in this thread. And, sharing that information with Purdy or myself is at the discretion of the attendee. We respect everyone's privacy.

List of Participants (Username)

Gretchen & Kris (Isadora & Beerman)
Heather & Paul (Purdy)
Phil (Pardus)
Nikki & Arjan (Rraven)
Rich (Gelli)
Jason (Jase007)
Ed (Smythy)
Pete (FSM nomad)
Annette (botvot)
Victoria (Tory-Vic)
Cormac (Cormac)
Helene (sumthinswt)
Pauline (Lien)

My apologies if I have forgotten anyone! I have made this list from the responses in this thread.

Thanks everyone and you shall receive a PM very soon!

Bad Isa!!!! Lest I forget - this meet-up is open to all members who are willing to make an appearance. Only after September 24th will you have missed the fun!

I would love to have joined the meet-up, but I am starting uni on the monday, and I am horribly broke.

I had an "insufficient funds" message at the cash machine in Warsaw the other day.

I will be with you in spirit......

Excellent! We're looking forward to meeting you, Ed!

As far as Saturday night food - not as of yet. Hopefully most will respond with their estimated arrival in a timely manner (and I get that PM out in a timely manner too). As reservations will probably be needed - it will help having an idea of numbers first.

Surprise??? How intriguing!!!!!

Isa now wanders off to do that PM!
