See, I know a little bit about a lot of things...

Hope you're feeling better too!! You have about 5-6 weeks to heal. Don't fall down again!!!

How long does it take to heal??? I did the shower thing and it eased it a bit but now again its aching - not unbearable pain but a constant ache.

Im so bored l cant take more time off work l will go out of my mind with boredom otherwise!

It eased a bit when lm walking around, for work l need to drive and it seems when l sit about it stiffens.

I think l need a hot bath before bed!

Do an elaborate fall at work... then you can go on paid leave... for awhile.

Well Purdy, if it makes you feel better, you are not the only one with not a perfect ending of a night out recently...

Went out a couple of weeks ago, and following tradition in the UK to finish the night paying a visit to a Kebab shop, and being the only one that decided to have chicken nuggets that night, I end up spending 2 days in hospital with the worst food poisoning ever...

and you wanna know the best part????

THEY WERE MY ONLY 2 DAYS OFF THAT WEEK!!!!!!!!

I hope you get better soon...! x x

Glad to hear you are up and around again!!!! Though, I took you for more of a Jerry Springer fan... (Don't know who Jeremy Kyle is... Or is it really Jermey? What cruel parents if it is...)

It will take a good 2-3 weeks to completely heal. Just don't over-exert your back muscles by lifting things over 10 pounds (5kg) for the next week or so. That means, get Paul to carry the groceries and laundry basket. ;)
