Just been to the travel agent whom we've booked our flights with and they want to charge us £70 for a 30 day Chinese visa!! I've looked on the website and found that it's only really £30 or £50 if you want it back the same day. The question I want to ask is can someone take your application for you? My boyfriend - who I'm travelling with will be down in London and it would be easy for him to apply direct at the embassy. Can he also do this on my behalf or do I have to be there in person?
I understand there are companies you can pay who'll do this but can individuals?
The situation in my country(India) is as below:
Individuals can also apply directly by submitting their applicationsin person.Your boyfriend can also submit on your behalf.Chinese embassy does not need applicants in person.
Be sure that you have all documents and the payment needed along with the applications.
Hope the same situation applies in your country too.
all the best.
Hi Nicola l know lve already PM you on this one but just as a note - if you or your bf happened to be in Dublin its even cheaper with an Irish passport its 16 euro but with others its 33 euro l think it cost us £45 for both our visas! More money to keep in the travel fund!! But not if your not going to be in Dublin l suppose!!
