Hypercorrection
The use of a wrong form or pronunciation of a word by somebody who is trying to show that they can use language correctly.

Thanks! Though, still have one more exam hurdle to clear before I can apply for the license. But, this last one was the hardest and it's now all downhill from here! ;)

Sorry - forgot to add the word for the day...

Misanthropic (but only for today) - people I don't even know won't quit sending me stupid stuff I don't want.
