Hi Dranki,

We are into that time of year now, nearly September. The weather gets very mixed as the seasons start to change, a real mix of rain and sun, some days are calm, some windy. For instance, the three days I was in Kata-Karon (Phuket) ( Aug 17-19), on the first day it was lovely, and the next day, yukky! This is generally the case of islands in the Andaman region.

But, it doesn't rain the whole day...All is not lost. You can still have fun...But diving is not so advisable because of the unpredictable weather.

Maybe you can give Perhentian Islands a try.My friend who's there says the weather has been good the past few days.

Have fun.
