hello,

I'm flying to brazil as first stop in my RTW trip, and then going to Argentina by bus.
Is the lack of outbound flight from Brazil a problem ?

cheers

I think you should be okay. I flew into Peru with no onward flight, and they were more concerned about it in JFK than in Lima. I think in South America they are well used to backpackers arriving now with no outbound flights because so many ppl travel overland.

I had no problems anyway. ;)

Always the same problem, it seems... normally it shouldn't be a problem, esp. if you can flash a CC as a proof of sufficient means. But remember that immigration can ALWAYS suddenly decide to stick to the formal requirements and deny you entry.

thanks for the tips.
Was thinking it could be a good idea to just buy a refundable ticket to wherever, just in case, as we're flying straight to Brazil from London.
I'll try to get some more infos, please feel free to keep them flowing in :)
