Cheap flights to Canada

I was wondering if there was a website or a place where I can get a cheap flight to Ottawa from San Fracisco area. Hoping if there was something like canadian affiars or something of that sort. I am not very picky about my dates during the summer but in the fall season, then i need to go during winter break. if anyone can help me that would be great!

You can also try www.expedia.com. The fare I found there was cheaper than on jetsgo.com. That might help out.

well on ebay they sell like coupons that would seem to make the flight much cheaper (if i fly on the right days and stuff) but i was wondering if there is a cheaper way or if it is legitiment. x_x here is one thing they sell
