I am in awe of 'zoom's' contibution to the best film debate. I will quibble why 'Elephant Man & Mulhilland Dr. was left off David Lynch's films. I also would not put 'Heaven's Gate', directed by Michael Cimino on a best film list. I have tried to watch it twice and both times gave up. It was simply such a mess it was not worth my time. My 2 cents.
