Just wondering if anyone has ever flown with Vueling Air. I have been looking at their flights from Barcelona to Lisbon as they seem reasonably priced if not cheap. But i was wondering if it is a safe airline or if it was a bit dodgy.

Thanks,
Jess

Hi Jess,

no worries. I have flown with Vueling and they are just another low cost airline with no free food and drinks service but their planes seemed fine and safe. I also liked the fact that I could choose my seat which is usually impossible with cheap airlines.

P.S.: I didn't fly with the model moscowmetr is pointing out. Maybe you shouldn't get into one of those .

I flew from rome to madrid with vueling last january. Staff is polite and helpful. My baggage got lost (it was Rome airport handling company 's fault). I call Vueling, claiming for a payment for the damages, but finally I found my baggage coming back to Rome and they paid me underwear and clothes I had to buy in Madrid.
so it's a good company, has a good customer care and make many offers for flights.:)
besides, land in central airports (Rome fiumicino instead of Ciampino, barcelona el prat instead of Gerona...)

I've flown several times with them. Never had any problem.
