I have to say I loved Thailand, Cambodia and Indonesia as well, but India was the place that stole my heart. Maybe beacuase it was the first third world country i'd travelled in and I was lucky enough to be able to spend three months there and get a real feel for the place. Talking to most travellers, their first 'big adventure' tends to remain their favourite whether its in Asia, South America or Africa. But i'll always remember India for it's paradoxes and the feeling i'd arrived on anather planet but one with the most spectacular and vivid culture.
