I guess there is a nugget of subjectivity over 'Continent' but I'm thinking Mauritius is part of the African continent unless you apply the 'must be connected by continuous landmass' definition, which in my experience is not what is applied. We define 'Oceania' or 'Australasia' as a continent, but by your definition Zoom this wouldn't include New Zealand or any of the pacific islands. It would also make most of africa, asia and europe one giant continent.

Likewise the island (we are still separated from the main continental landmass by a body of water regardless of the chunnel) of Great Britain (don't forget Northern Ireland, baluba, they'll get mad at you) is part of the continent of Europe, politically and geographically.

Is this threadjacking? The answer to the question is 'Africa', dammit!
