Did anybody have any trouble changing euros, anywhere, in Thailand?

Should not be a problem!

It's about bht47-48 a euro.

No problem at all, there are lots of little banks around. When you leave from the airport you will also have an opportunity to change your baht back into Euros if you want. I always see other tourists with all sorts of "foreign" money being exchanged.

Thailand uses small bank branches to accomodate tourists, they seem to all have about the same rate. The rate changes from day to day. Today you may get a little more for your exchange the next day a little more or less - but the differences are very small!

Hotels and stores will give you a slightly lower rate than what you will get from one of these "mini bank" money changers.

Whatever the currency, I usually get a better rate in Thailand than in country of origin.

Frosty, i did not realise i would be able to change bahts back to Euros. That is good to know
