You know what, i haven't been on here for so long and thought i'd post a reply and what a pefect topic...

Coming on here and reading about everyone's travels has cheered me up, i've been back in the UK for a year now and have been ill, hoping to return back to Oz in a year or two.

Just looking at people's pics reminds me of what i'm missing and what i've got to look forward to. yipeee!!!!

Jasmine - welcome back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry to hear you have been ill but hope you are all healthy again!!!! Don't do another disappearing act as it's taken James months to accept your long absence. It's been a sad state of affairs. He's even taken to wearing dresses. Oh wait, he's always worn dresses. Never mind!

Again, good to see you posting!!! ;)

Anything we should know....???

Hmm... maybe we should start a thread on good thoughts. I'm making a concerted attempt to wake up and appreciate everything every morning. Not always easy, but I think it's a good goal.

Nope! For some odd reason I just looked at the peeling paint on the house, my wonky monitor, the cobwebs on the ceiling, the mess on my desk, the livingroom ladybug invasion, the big branches in the yard, the birds bathing in the driveway ponds, the small stack of bills, the cats zooming through the kitchen and thought... LIFE IS GOOD!!!

Year of the Smile!!!!! ;)

WOW.....you are going to be one tired babysitting auntie....I can see it now.......

(()) or is the boy green?

Congrats Auntie H!!! Make sure to rub just a bit of whiskey on their gums....eases teething pain and makes 'em sleep like, well, babies. And tie you hair back in a good old auntie bun....and don't wear dangly earrings....and keep your nose well back out of reach. And if the puke on you...puke right back...that'll teach 'em!!!
