Got married! (Well, a fortnight ago . . . )

Pics on display!!!

Very nice Mikey, very nice. Funny though, Laura looks nothing like that trollop orange cone you were originally betrothed to........what gives?? I mean sure, she's beautiful.....she doesn't by chance stand around in the street for fun, does she? Blocking traffic? Warning passersby of imminent dangers?

Sweet....congrats again!!

Many thanks! But the traffic cone was my mistress, hence the reason I had to delete the picture . . .

After a crazy week (is it only Wednesday?) full of too many projects, too-short deadlines, moments of total self doubt (a staple of working in the creative department!), we just presented concepts that got us a round of applause.

Yeesh--flattery or a martini are all that's needed to make me a happy camper.

Thought I'd take my mother-in-law (88 years old in October) and my stepson's girlfriend (I hope he marries her) to lunch today down in Freo (Fremantle).
Beautiful Perth winter day. About 20 degrees C and not a cloud in the sky.
Drove round to pick up grannie and it was a killer!!!
As she closed her apartment door and locked it, the couple? upstairs started enjoying each other no end, and the girl was doing a great Frank Zappa (amoaning and agroaning) which could probably be heard 100 metres away.
Both C and I looked at each other and came so close to cracking up while grannie (hard of hearing) asked what we were smiling about.
Just enjoying the day dear
Great feed in Feo (kanger on skewers) washed down with a coupla Hoegaarden white beers then off for a tour of the Swan River views.
Third week of winter and some dude wearing bugger all but boardies paddling a malibu down the river.
How sweet it is.
