Surely you jest. Can you really imagine a neophyte removing a cocktail from the Masters' hand? Even if she were able to accomplish the nigh impossible, don't you think I would have another one in the other hand?????

Neophyte - huh.......

I have ways and means - expect the unexpected!!!!!

Today - well thats me - lve finished all the reports, lve attended all the month end progress meetings and now l have nothing to do - well l need to clear out the car in readiness to hand back but that wont take too long plus its raining and lm wearing white trousers!! My work here is done!!

Today's smile? Hmmm......ok, I'm taking tomorrow (Friday here in the decadent west) off to make fried chicken for Isa (no, that's not a euphemism for leather-clad sex in a tree).......so it's a 3-day weekend!!! Yay!!!!!!

WOOHOO!!! Fried chicken!!!!!
Does this mean we're not having leather-clad sex in a tree?? Damn! I got the ladder out already.

----------

H - zoom zoom!! (Hopefully, it won't be raining.)
T - I think the answer is no, but nice try.

Got an e-mail yesterday, asking for an emergency "fix-it" job on some graphics I did awhile back. Seems my client's coworker decided to make additions/changes on their own and made a mess of it. (They did too.) Fixed everything and made the new changes - getting it back to the client very early this morning. I got a great thank you e-mail. He even called me "babes" and "sweetie". He's also a personal friend but never called me those things before! It made me giggle.

It's our 18th wedding anniversary.

Missed this post but congratulations anyway.

Lower the axe and raise the mojitos instead Master Gimli.

It's my sweeties birthday (don't tell Isa), and I took the day off work.

Life is good. And Anthony, I'm not a dwarf, nor do I have a rounded head. Peculiar, yes...but not dwarfish!!!

Now it's on to dolma rolling and since the rum rations have been replenished......uh, more rum

My dad was talking to my brother the other night about going on a camping trip. My brother's not at all a camper, and his response was that the last time he was "camping" was in our brown van in our back yard

A package from Amazon arrived yesterday, surprising me since I hadn't ordered anything and it had my name on it...

Thank you, Heather!!!
I received Life In Cold Blood and we watched the first episode last night. It's terrific!! It had iguanas and chameleons and alligators and crocodiles and snakes and tortugas and David Attenborough!! In Madagascar, he finally saw the world's smallest chameleon that had eluded him some 47 years earlier. Way cool!!! Thank you, thank you!
