Just heard that Donald Rumsfeld is resigning as Sec. of Defense in the USA. This is reason to smile, even cheer in the streets. Perhaps this will lead to that most uncommon American stance...peace.

Honey, have the drinks ready!!!!!

Nothing yet, it's too early.

Hey, it's defence not defense. Please don't take offence at me pointing this out. Err, or is that offense?

Oh you cheeky Aussie, you!!!

But after all, what is language but to make oneself understood, even if your audience spells like the Brits...

It's OK James, no offens(c)e taken. I realize you're used to numbers, not letters...

Beerman thinking that he knows how to spell, and trying to point out that a nation that gave his country their language can't spell ENGLISH

The fact that Jase didn't make any spelling mistakes in the above reply...

Do you realise that you have made a mistake when you spelt 'realise' realize? Don't you have any honour (honor)? I suggest that you take an enrolment (enrollment) in a spelling programme (program). Only then will you have the licence (license) to correct me and manoeurve (maneuver) your way through (thru) the language English language catalogue (catalog). Only then may we increase our dialogue (dialog)!!!

Don't force me to send the Canadian Grammar Police after you James.......she's brutal.......

Besides, it's about time you people (the rest of the world) started speaking English the way God intended. Like us, but with funny accents....

Mind you, now that the Democrats (liberals) have taken the majority in Congress, it's not like they're going to go to war over language, so I guess you're free to do as you wish, funny accents and all.

Seeing 3 bucks, 2 with their girls, on the way back home this morning. I had to stop for the 2 with girls to wait for the girls to get out of the road. A 4-point, a 3-point and a 2-point - the 2-point was our boy headed to graze in Norm's field with his girlfriends.
