Yay, G!!!! Congratulations!!!! What are you going to sell first..? I've got an igloo I'd like to get you in on...

Congrats, G! :)

Like tway, I have a house I'd like to get you in on. It's up on a durian tree. The location is superb as one can easily access the many durians hanging on the trees. That alone should fetch a good price, I believe. I hate to let it go, but I need funding for my RTW trip. I guess I'd just buy durians from the roadside makeshift stalls after selling the house.

Quoting Isadora

It was yesterday afternoon, but it still has me smiling today...

I received an envelope from the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation - Division of Regulation. (Seems a bit on the redundant side.) I am now a bona fide official Licensed Real Estate Broker. (Basically - the state got around to cashing the check!)

I can now open that bottle of champagne that has been sitting in the fridge since September. YAY!!!!!!!!!

Again, thank you all for the support!!! ;)

Well done G - all that studying paid off! Theres a few lephrauns in Ireland that need re-homed should l point them in your direction (they only need somewhere small!)

Thanks B & J & P!!!

Someone on the inside??? Only inside my house trying to get the "someplace small" ready for the Swiss-Irish Leprechaun showing up in 5 days!!!! And yes - drinks on the house - if you don't mind sitting on the roof in the fog which is very thick out there right now... I do have that champagne... (And, it's mine!!! All mine!!!!) ;)

Excellent news there Isa. Well done, your hard work has paid off - congratulations.

There was a real estate agent in Queensland who would take people to see nice parcels of land, take deposits on the spot, and settle very quickly. Only thing was, these parcels of land were underwater at high tide.
