Now lm showing my age here but l wasnt looking that forward to seeing the Manics - l dont mind them but l wouldnt class them in my top ten - l saw them about 8 years ago in Slane Castle Ireland when they supported The Verve and didnt think much (l was young and Robbie Williams was playing after them!!) BUT l must say they were VERY good on Tues night great crowd interaction - played a good mix of old and new - started out on Australia and ended on Motorcycle Emptiness!! Impressed - might just buy the album!

We're off to Kingston for our annual summer day. The free booze part is what's making me smile.

Just got my pass for the drinks tent for Friday night - been invited to sit at our corporate table and then watch Ireland take on Italy in rugby in a world cup friendly!! Yippie - free drink and big rugby men - what could be better!

Went to see the international friendly last night - Ireland beat Italy BUT it was SUCH a slow game and they only gained the winning points in the last few seconds of extra time. If lm honest Italy played a better game - COME ON IRELAND PULL YOUR FINGER OUT THE WORLD CUP IS ONLY AROUND THE CORNER!

Maybe I'm not suppose to say anything, but Jase is coming to visit us in about 10 days. Damn - now I have to actually clean instead of just pretending to do so... I don't think he realizes the number of corn monsters that we have hanging out across the road. Should prove to be an interesting week. Yes, we are looking forward to it! Who can drink who under the table...

Isa now leaves to find the closest strip clubs, motor-x shops and casinos. Oh wait, she knows where the casinos are...

And I believe Beerman knows where the strip clubs are...

Just in case he doesn't, ask lagered.
