Watching the sun rise on a deserted beach . . . .

B**T**D

I suppose Mikey made me smile

Mikey didn't say where that deserted beach was located. It could be cold and windy.... After spending all of his travel money on the engagement ring, he probably just walked across the street to Glasgow Harbor.

Mikey starting a "What made you frown" thread actually made me smile.

Only working a half day - then we're off to Kingston (unfortunately not the one in Jamaica) for our Christmas Party. Yippee!

We're only staying 1 night but I have a full suitcase. How did that happen?

I got presents from people I never expected something from because I haven't seen them in a long time!

I have rescued our car from the big bad repairman. It's happy to be home in it's own garage. It smiled. So did I.

It's snowing up a storm outside and I haven't a single thing to do all day except a load of washing! It's very Christmasy. Never seen so much snow on the ground - it's like the winters my grandfather used to talk about where the snow came way up to here and they had to trudge through snowbanks to get anywhere.
