Tway, good of you to offer to pay for 70% towards the refurbishment of Isa Manor. You offer of paying for 70% of the costs is accepted, please send the cash to myself and I'll see it's used for the purpose intended.

I'm afraid that article 2.66A of the "Homeowner's Guide to Uninvted Guests" clearly demonstrates that any party hiding under furniture or in storage spaces has the right to successfully sue any third party(ies) who attempt dangerous frolicking and other carnal goings-on to the detriment of said hidden guests. Ergo, the causer(s) of any damage to such guests will pay out the equivalent of twice the damages (menal, emotional and physical) sustained throughout the love-fest.

You're lucky Hien and I aren't suing for more! Please deposit US$100,000 in unmarked bills in the Mailbox on the corner of LaGauchetiere and Peel.

That may be in Canuckistani... But, I'm still waiting for the compensation for the repairs... Don't make me come over to Surrey or Tucson to collect... It won't be pretty if I do...

Twina - call the lawyer! i think we may have a class action suit on our hands...

One, there was nothing dangersous about the frolicking and carnal goings-on. We were wearing out harnesses and all the safty nets were in place. The fire extinguisher was in arms reach, and the EMS were on call.

Two, what the hell are menal damages??

I have turned the matter over to my lawyers..at the firm of Fine, Howard and Fine.

Just to reiterate, NO compensation will be paid to anyone apart from Isa & Beerman for repairs to their manor.
I am still waiting for those who were sly and watching from vantage points to pay up for their entertainment.
Now, lawyers are a bit slow, so would you like to meet my friend Mr Baseballbat.......

They are always on-call as they are volunteers... Good thing you didn't need them! If your injuries occurred during milking time, you'd still be waiting. Oh, and the fire extinguishers are out of date. The firemen are also volunteers so the same milking time rules apply. The closest sherriff raises sheep so he would have arrived much sooner - if he wasn't busy shagging them when the call came in...

Isa wanders off to find the phone number for her lawyers...

That's the resut of mental distress! Once the "t" falls out it's all downhill from there.

After speaking to my lawyers and consulting with the guy in payroll, we've concluded that payments from one Jase007 will start on November 1st, 2006 and every first of the month thereafter until such time as the 70% payment is made in full. Barring that, we have agreed that Jase007 can instead choose to tour the world, visiting TP members in every country and doing a full week's housework to the tune of "Old Time Rock and Roll" dressed in a pink tutu, leather chaps and moose antlers. Evidence must be in the form of a live feed accessible to all TP members. Dancing, hip shaking and flashing the camera are not obligatory, but may be appreciated by certain members.
