I make myself smoothies every morning. Here is my recipe.

All measurements done by eye

Berry Smootie ingredients
1 Banana
2 Handfulls of Strawberries (no stems)
1 Handfull of mixed berries
OJ
Milk
Water
Ice

How to make...
I peel the banana and break it into 5 pieces or so and put it in the blender. Next I grab 2 handfuls of strawberries, followed by one of mixed berries, and put it all in the blender. At this point usually my blender is 3/4 full with just fruit. I then take the OJ and I fill about 1/2 the blender with it. I then add a mixture of water and milk until the liquid is about even with the top of the fruit. I then add about 4-5 ice cubes and start the blender. Mix until you reach your desired smoothness. Add liquid if too thick for you.

You can use this same method with any mixture of fruit you like.

This recipe will give you a full breakfast plus a hefty snack later in the day.

Let me know what you think.

Yes, I have a similar recipe. But instead of adding the ingredients to a blender I phone Dominos and get a pizza delivered.

Try this one- a kind of mango lassi

Juice of 2-3 apples
1-2 Cardamom pods -seeds crushed with a back of a spoon
4 tablespoons of plain normal yoghurt
flesh of one mango.

blend the mango with the apple juice and cardamom until close to smooth then at the last minute add the yoghurt and blitz very briefly (otherwise it gets too thin!)

T-A-S-T-Y-!!

Have more recipes if anyone's interested!
