HELP me please,
my inspiration to Peru is Machu Pichu but I've to cancel my initial plan to Machu Pichu due to short duration in Peru + the weather in November (rainy+foggy) + the cost of the flight/train/lodging in Ages Calientes.

My interest is more into art and photography. So, please advise me what can I do in Lima for 5-6 days ?

It's ok.

I've revised my journey and I'd go to Machu Pichu.

My question is closed.

Thanks and Sawasdee krub.

Nov. and Dec are low season, that's why i made this trek 5-year ago (21-dec to 24-dec), It was absolutely fine, we have a sunny, cloudy and rainy days but each day was spectacular.

Good luck

For 5 or 6 days in Peru? Then I recommend you to ckeck the museums in Lima and travel to Huanchaco (a beach) in Trujillo and the Nazca Lines (in the south)... Take a look at this page and to this one. I think they will help you.

If you're into art, consider going north to Chiclayo, where there's a series of little-known excavation sites, and several fine museums. Museums in Lima are good, too.
