I will be in South America from the 11th of October through to mid November. In Lima for a few days then head to Cuzco and down through Bolivia and into Argentina. SHould be a good trips. If anyone is in Lima on the 11th, 12th or 13th let me know as I have a few spare days before I start my tour.
My girlfriend is in merida in Mexico at the moment. She is going around mexico for the next few weeks and then on to Peru, argentina, Brazil and belize (not sure in what order). She said that she has not met any english speaking people yet and I wondered whether anyone was out there now or cold give her any tips about where she should go to find such people? I thinks she is really struggling with the language...

I´m really keen to go to Uruguay - Colonia, Montevideo and then one of the quieter beaches past the bling-bling one! If this fits in with anyone, please email me on meeradattani at yahoo.com Alternatively I´m also open to other ideas as I´ve got four weeks so a trip up to Iguazu or across to Mendoza or the river delta towns of Tigres and Rosario not far from BA also appeals. I´m, 31, female, writer from London. Meera
