Quoting tway

Woo hoooooo!!!! Oh, but wait... I don't think my Mom's making turkey this year.

But we do have pumpkin pie and a whole selection of fancy cheeses. That's a start!

Is she making noodles again??? Oooohhh, fancy cheeses!!!!! And pumpkin pie!!!!! (Not together, of course.)

I just checked the other day and I have 4 nicely ripe pumpkins out in the patch for making pies for our Thanksgiving. It's going to break my heart to kill and disembowel them, but sacrifices have to be made. Now, where did that turkey wander off to??? (We have wild ones wander through the yard now and again.) I know I put the muzzle-loader somewhere....

Isa wanders off while repeating "Here Turkey Lurkey" and giggling with glee....

Ya hey dere, an' a Happy Tanksgivin' Day to yer, eh!!

You're already sounding more Canadian there, Kris. Now that you'll be learning to make real beer, you'll have to pick up the lingo. ;-)

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival !!

He's been making real beer for quite some time now, but been doing the contract Canuckistani stuff too. With this change of ownership - maybe the real beer will now make it's way north to you. Something to look forward to, me thinks...

In the market for some slightly used, soon to be collector's items Berghoff shirts (all varieties)?? They are no longer "appropriate attire" for work... Have the perfect pink one all picked out for you, Q.

Poor poor pumkin's Isa.. :(

They were warned at planting time that whatever grew would be sacrificed to the pumpkin pie gods in November. Four of them must not have gotten the message. I'll let you know when it's pie time so you can cover your ears. I know how you hate the sound of screaming pumpkins.
