The ending was really good - him moving over to cell phones.

Saw Derailed Jen Anniston and Clive Owen - nice little thriller with a good twist at the end.

Also got out The Constant Gardiner - looked really good but saw first three quarters of an hour and then l fell asleep!!!!! No reflection on the movie - l was tired!

Oh - finish the movie!!! It's a bit slow in places but it really is very good and the ending is interesting. Also be sure to watch the credits with remote in hand. There are some comments that you should pause the disc to read. I won't say more - just finish it. ;)

I just watched "The Road to Guantanamo" last night. A really good portrayal of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Should be required watching for all.

I've seen it a while back, very disturbing to think what happened to these guys. The most disturbing thing for me however was this brief clip showing Donald Rumsfeld saying 'The prisoners are treated according to the Geneva convention... Most of the time'.

That was a very good clip, also when the british diplomats were interviewing them and not caring at all about them.

My current favourite: Water, the movie by Deepa Mehta started in Varanasi but filmed mostly in Sri Lanka after a controversy that forced the movie to be put on the shelf after one day of shooting and then filmed on the sly after more than a year, under a phony name with a new set of actors and actresses.

Watch it and enjoy the beauty of the movie without my spoiling it for you with the story line. ;)
