Can anyone recommend good value hotels/guest houses in Belgrade Sarajevo or Mostar?

In Belgrade in the past i've stayed on a boat on the river (the owner was dodgy as hell) and recently stayed in a new hostel right in the centre, I think called the Black Katz, which I can very highly recomend.

The only hostel in Sarajevo that i've stayed in is the Hostel Marin Dvor, which is right near the Train/Bus station, a 20min walk to the Old Town. Its in a tower block, but was virtually new when I was there (June? 2005) and I was the only guest.

In both of the above, I tend to stay with friends/friends of friends or locals rather than hostels.

In Mostar, i've always just turned up and taken a room from one of the locals who tend to wait around the bus/Rail stations to meet arrivals

Hostel Skend is the only place I've stayed in in any of these cities, however it's one of the best places I've been to in terms of budget accommodation. It's not actually a hostel at all, you have your own room, cable tv, access to a fridge, free internet, it's right in the center of the town, the people are incredibly friendly and it's around 15-20 Euros a night. This post sounds like I work for them or something but I was genuinely impressed with the place so I thought I'd give it a bit of a talking up.

We stayed in Mostar Muslibegovic National monument in April 2004 and had a fantastic time. Hotel is suberb a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our room was a good size, nicely decorated and it was kept spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel had all the necessary facilities.
